I was a little disappointed that a personal prophecy was not included for Mara, perhaps I misunderstood but each of the other purchases I’ve made have included a personal prophecy/word for the person

Hi Tina,

Yes, we have a few collecitons on our website, not all of them include the personalized words/prayers/prophecies. Only Items apart of the 'Heaven Inspired Collection' come with that card and feature. A good way to know if you're looking at a Heaven Inspired item is the phrase 'heaven inspired' will be apart fo the items title name on the website. Also, the description of the item will have the step by step process of all Heaven Inspired items under the photographs on the webpage. And another way to make sure you're only going to see Heaven Inspired Items, is to select 'Heaven Inspired Collection' on the menu bar on the home page.

We can always exchange purchased jewelry for something else apart of this collection in the furture if that mistake comes up again! We're happy to help if you reach out to us via our customer service email.
