In this season, God is inviting people on a journey of letting go of the past and stepping into the new. Let God into your process, let Him into your grief, and let Him into your dreams. He is also reawakening dreams, shifting dreams, and giving out new dreams to His children. Come to His Presence and find the God dream for your season. This is a season to dream the impossible dream and pick up the God sized dream, for He is fulfilling them.
In the month of October, God is reminding His people that He isn’t the author of confusion. He leads with clarity and peace. He is increasing people’s discernment and leading them in the paths of righteousness. This is a time to draw a line in the sand on what you are unwilling to compromise on. Hold fast to the promises of God and don’t settle for “almost.” Choose intimacy with the Lord over religious ideologies. In this season, it’s important to remain close to the Holy Spirit in order to be guided by Him.
In this season, God is teaching people to take bold steps and to trust that He will lead them. Make plans and trust that God will order your steps! Be generous with what God has given you and place your trust in Him above other forms of security. Pray in the Spirit and trust that your prayers shift things. Forgive as you have been forgiven. In every detail, invite the Lord into your journey and your process.
In this season, it’s important to fix your eyes on Jesus and listen to His voice above all others. Believe the good report, not voices of fear, doubt, and despair. Courageously stand in faith even if you’re standing alone. Faith costs something, but this is a good thing! Seek intimacy with God above all right now as your strength comes from the Lord.
In the month of July, God is looking for those with soft, teachable hearts whom He can mold and shape into His image. He is giving us a revelation of the finished work of the cross and showing up as our Defender. It is time to partner with God as a co-laborer and to embrace challenges as opportunities to grow. God is refining His people and molding their characters. Look to His Presence above all and meditate on what Jesus has done for you on the cross.
In this season, God is leading His people to take steps of obedience and faith even when you don’t fully understand. He is teaching you to cultivate intimacy with Him and find His Presence in everyday moments. He is placing His people in positions of influence whose hearts are soft towards Him and loving towards those around them. Ask God for eyes to see those around you the way He sees them and prioritize His Presence above all.
In the month of May, God is inviting His people to step into the light and to allow themselves to be fully seen and known. He is leading us in ways that are unique and personalized–it’s important to walk in intimacy with Him. Follow Him even if you can’t see clearly. It’s important to lean into His Presence and trust His voice. Trust yourself to hear Him, because He’s speaking to you and it’s important for you to take ownership for your choices and the way you walk with God. He is with you.
In this season, it’s important to realize that delay does not mean "no". Rather, sometimes God gives us a glimpse of where He’s taking us before we get there. There is grace for the messy moments and God is teaching you through failure. He is bringing peace amidst chaos and promotion in His timing. Focus on His Presence and allow Him to promote you in His time. He’s got you.
